CANCOM is once again one of the best IT service providers in Germany this year, once again ranking among the best providers in the study conducted by ChannelPartner and Computerwoche. The results of the study were presented at the ChannelPartner Congress on September 16 and 17 in DĂĽsseldorf, where a total of over 700 IT service providers were in the running for the prestigious award. Companies and customers voted CANCOM into fourth place in the top revenue category, consisting of IT service providers with an annual turnover of over one billion euros.

The study, conducted by the iSCM INSTITUTE on behalf of ChannelPartner and COMPUTERWOCHE, regularly surveys companies in Germany about how satisfied they are with the performance of their IT service providers. These evaluations are based on IT projects that have been implemented in the past 24 months between the companies surveyed and their service providers. For the ranking of the “Best IT Service Providers 2024”, 2,379 IT decision-makers evaluated a total of 7,975 projects. CIOs, IT managers, IT administrators, managing directors and department heads of the user companies were surveyed. The survey took place from May 24 to July 17, 2024.

Presentations at the ChannelPartner Congress

As part of the congress, Daniel Kiehl, Director Competence Center Datacenter & Cloud at CANCOM, gave a highly acclaimed presentation titled “The AI Hype is Flattening, Now It’s Time to Roll Up Our Sleeves and Create Value!” In this session, he presented approaches for how companies can successfully achieve the wow effect through artificial intelligence (AI) in the enterprise sector. “Many companies have already experimented with their own AI projects, but they have often failed to achieve resounding success. At CANCOM, we show how to properly integrate AI – with real added value, compliance and sustainability,” explained Kiehl.
